My house has come under ember attack during bushfire and it has many roof segments. A roof sprinkler system my neighbours have, doesn’t deal with all segments and issues. Embers can settle under solar panels in corners that normal sprinklers don't get to. This can include dams, sea water, pools and to improve its effectiveness they add fire retardants to improve the effectiveness of the water. EmberAttack protects you water supply allowing you to still live in the home after the fire.
All roofs are segmented where the water when it rains drains to one point. This is our collection point for EmberAttack. From here we install the ridge sprinklers and then build on the system by running additional lines with sprayers to those hidden areas where embers can collect.
